Our Insurance specialists act as liaison between House of Tools, clients and Insurance Companies, dealing with inquiries, requests, quotes and order fulfillment.
We work with the client to compile a list of lost items insuring we are quoting on the right tools. We have been trained to ask the right questions to confirm the tools listed are a replacement list and to price competitively, in order to satisfy both the client and insurance company. Once the list is agreed to and complete, we will forward the official quote to the insurance company. If the quote is accepted we fill the order as quickly as possible and make sure any special or backordered items are filled in a timely manner.
