House of Tools places the utmost importance on protecting information transmitted via the web site (the "Transmitted Information") and will take security precautions, as deemed appropriate by House of Tools, to protect all such Transmitted Information, however, House of Tools does not guarantee the secure transmission of the Transmitted Information. House of Tools recommends that users of the web site ensure they subscribe to the services of a browser service, which provides security encryption for the Transmitted Information.
House Of Tools Guarantee If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days for an immediate refund or replacement. Please include a short note outlining the reason for the return so we may better serve you in the future. This guarantee excludes machinery and power tools as theses are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All merchandise must be returned prepaid in the original box and condition, along with a copy of the original invoice.
Warranty on tools. The warranty of any tool depends on the manufacturer. They can range from ninety days to limited lifetime. Most hand tools are lifetime and power tools & machinery will have a minimum of one year. Please see below for our Canwood, Strike and Mechanics Forge warranties. General Warranty Information
The houseoftools.com, House Of Tools Company and its affiliates are resellers of third-party manufactured products. The products sold are covered by manufacturers warranties. The exceptions are Canwood Economy, Canwood Pro, Canwood Industrial, Strike and Mechanics Forge products. Note: House of Tools no longer brings in these brands of tools, but the warranty is still valid for its full and normal duration. The warranties for these products follow below.
Please Note: Powertools and machinery shipped outside of Canada are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Their conditions apply. All Canwood Machinery shipped outside of Canada will be covered by a parts only warranty, excluding labour.
Please Note: In order to obtain warranty, any alleged defective tool or machine must be returned prepaid, along with a copy of original invoice as proof of purchase. Repairs made without our written authorization voids all guarantees. This warranty does not include repair or replacement required, because of misuse, abuse and/or normal wear and tear (i.e. belts, brushes, blades etc.). Labour not included.
This warranty is made expressly in place of all other guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied with respect to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall in no event be liable for injuries, accidental or otherwise, death to persons, or damage to property, or for incidental contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of products.
Power tools and machinery shipped outside of Canada are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Their conditions apply. All Canwood Machinery shipped outside of Canada will be covered by a parts only warranty, excluding labour.
Note: Canwood, Strike, and Mechanics Forge tool brands will no longer be carried by House of Tools, but the warranty is still valid for its full and normal duration.

House Of Tools agrees to repair or replace any hand tool, which upon examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material. Strike and Mechanics Forge hand tools are not guaranteed for commercial or industrial use.

Strike, Mechanic’s Forge, Canwood Economy power tools have a one-year warranty for consumer use only; unless other wise stated. Canwood Pro Air Tool Warranty
Canwood Pro Air Tools warranties its nailers and staplers for a period of 30 months for consumer use and 12 months for commercial/industrial use, from time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. House Of Tools agrees to repair or replace at its discretion a tool, which upon examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
Canwood Economy Series Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, Canwood Economy warranties its machines to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. House Of Tools agrees to repair or replace any original parts of a Canwood Economy machine, which upon examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material. Canwood Economy machines are not guaranteed for commercial or industrial use. Labour not included.
Canwood Industrial Series Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, Canwood Industrial, warranties its machines, to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of two years from the date of purchase. House Of Tools agrees to repair or replace any original part or parts of a Canwood Industrial series woodworking tool, which upon examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material. This warranty does not include repair labor.
Canwood Pro Series Lifetime Limited Warranty*
Unless otherwise stated, Canwood Pro warranties its machines to be free of defects, in material and workmanship to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. House Of Tools covers its Canwood Pro series with a Lifetime Limited Warranty*. House Of Tools agrees to repair or replace any original part or parts of a Canwood Pro series woodworking tool, which upon examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material. Note: motors and electrical switches are covered by a 24-month warranty. This warranty does not include repair labor.

Robert Bosch Inc. Limited Warranty
S-B Power Tool Company/Robert Bosch Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only, that all BOSCH portable and benchtop powertools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Seller's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller or Authorized Service Stations. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete portable powertool product, transportation prepaid, to any BOSCH Factory Service Center or Authorized Service Station. This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessory items.

Returns/Exchanges
All products that are within the factory warranty period will be serviced under warranty at any of the 1000 Campbell Hausfeld service facilities nationwide. Please visit our Service Center Locator to find a service center near you. If an authorized service center does not exist in your area, simply call one of our PowerXperts at 1.888.247.6937 for a return authorization. Returns of products purchased online will not be accepted by our retailers, distributors or service centers. The Campbell Group is not responsible for items damaged or lost due to improper handling or transit. All claims must be processed by you through the respective carrier.

Delta Warranty
Delta Two Year Limited Warranty. Delta will repair or replace, at its expense and its option, any Delta machine, machine part, or machine accessory which in normal use has proven to be defective in workmanship or material, provided that the customer returns the product prepaid to a Delta factory service center or authorized service station with proof of purchase of the product withing two years and provides Delta with reasonable opportunity to verify the alleged defect by inspection. Delta may require that electric motors be returned prepaid to a motor manufacturer's authorized station for inspection and repair or replacement. Delta will not be responsible for any asserted defect which has resulted from normal wear, misuse, abuse or repair or alterations made or specifically authorized by anyone other than an authorized Delta service facility or representative. Under no circumstances will Delta be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products. This warranty is Delta's sole warranty and sets forth the customers exclusive remedy, with respect to defective products; all other warranties, express or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise, are expressly disclaimed by Delta.
Delta 2000 Series Lifetime Limited Guarantee. Only for those machine with the Series 2000 emblem. Delta agrees to repair or replace any part or parts of Delta series 2000 Tools, which upon examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material. Return prepaid any alleged defective part or parts to the Delta factory or authorized service centres. Repairs made by other than our factory, Delta Service Centre or Authorized Service Station relieves Delta of any further liability under this guarantee. This guarantee does not include repair labour or parts replacement required because of misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. This guarantee is made in place of all other guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

DeWalt Warranty
30 Day No Risk Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any DEWALT product, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked with proof of purchase.
Full One Year Warranty. We will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Free One year service contract. We will maintain the tool and replace worn parts, for free, any time during the first year after purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original registered purchaser. Damage to the product resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, unaproved attachments or other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship are not covered by this warranty.

Eagle Pump & Compressor
EAGLE STANDARD WARRANTY
EAGLE PUMP & COMPRESSOR LTD. Seller warrants products of its own manufacture against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service as follows:
COMPRESSORS: Twelve (12) months from date of start-up or Fifteen (15) months from date of shipment from factory or whichever comes first. All MAX AIR Premium units, there is a 2 year manufacturesdefect warranty.
PARTS: Ninety (90) days from date of sale. Eagle warrants repaired or replaced parts of its own manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for ninety (90) days or the remainder of the warranty on the product being repaired, whichever is longer.
With respect to products not manufactured by Eagle, Eagle will, if practical, pass along the warranty of the original manufacturer. Notice of the alleged defect must be given to Seller in writing with all identifying details including serial number, model number, type of equipment and date of purchase, within thirty (30) days of the discovery of same during the warranty period. Eagle’s sole obligation on this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any product or part thereof, which proves to be defective, F.O.B. Eagle shop. If requested by Eagle, such product or part thereof must be promptly returned to Eagle, freight prepaid for inspection. This warranty shall not apply and Eagle shall not be responsible nor liable for:
A) Consequential, collateral or special losses or damages;
B) Equipment conditions caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal conditions of use, accident, neglect or misuse of equipment, improper storage or damages resulting during shipment;
C) Deviation from operating instructions, specification or other special terms of sale;
D) Labor charges, loss or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance or repairs made by person(s) other than Eagle or Eagle authorized service representative;
E) Improper application of product. In no event shall Eagle be liable for any claims, whether arising from breach of contract or warranty of claims of negligence or negligent manufacture, in excess of purchase price.

Hitachi Power Tools Warranty
This warranty of the Hitachi Power Tools (hereinafter the “Hitachi Product”) extends to the original purchaser of the Hitachi Product.
Warranty Duration.
Hitachi Products (except for Grinders, Demolition and Rotary Hammers, Stationary Tools, Compressors, Batteries, O-Rings and Driver Blades) are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date for products purchased after October 1, 2003.

Every Makita tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Should any trouble develop durning this one-year period, return the COMPLETE tool, freight prepaid, to one of Makita's Factory or Authorized Service Centers. If inspection shows the trouble is cause by defective workmanship or material, Makita will repair (or at our option, replace without charge.) This warranty does not apply where: repairs have been made or attempted by others, repairs are required becasue of normal wear and tear, the tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained, or alterations have been made to the tool. Every MILWAUKEE product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any product which examination proves to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover: 1) repairs made or attempted by other than MILWAUKEE or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station personnel; 2) normal wear and tear; 3) abuse; 4) misuse; 5) improper maintenance; 6) continued use after partial failure; 7) tools that have been modified; or product used with an improper accessory. No other warranty, written or verbal, is authorized. The repair and replacement remedies described herein are exclusive. In no event shall MILWAUKEE be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Pioneer Limited Warranty
Pioneer Supply International warrants to Buyer that its machinery is free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of two years from the original purchase date and that its hand tools and accessories are free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of ninety days from the original purchase date. Pioneer Supply’s machinery, hand tools and accessories are collectively referred to as “Product” or “Products”. Buyer of the Product assumes all liability and risk resulting from use of the Product and Pioneer Supply does not warrant or represent that the Product complies with the laws or statutes of any state. This warranty only covers the initial Buyer and the Product is not warranted against normal wear, misuse or abuse resulting from improper use, accidents, negligence, repairs, alterations or lack of maintenance. This Limited Warranty is void if the Product is changed from its original state in any way. This is Buyer’s sole and exclusive warranty. Pioneer Supply’s liability is limited to and is not to exceed the purchase price of the Product.

Pioneer Supply’s breach of its warranty obligations under any sale of Products shall not provide a basis for termination or rescission of the agreement of sale. Buyer agrees that the State of Oregon, County of Marion, is the exclusive venue for any claim or legal action brought against Pioneer Supply arising from purchase of Products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long the implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
